N Position Type Management JOB SUMMARY Functions as the strategic business leader of the property’s food and beverage operation, including 3 restaurants, 4 bars, Room Service and a very large Banquets/Catering operation. The Director of B&F develops and executes the division´s strategy and ensures implementation of the brand service standards and brand initiatives. The position ensures the food and beverage operation meets the brand’s target customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of all B&F outlets. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Educated to university level; Relevant experience in a similar position managing multiple outlets; Fluent in Spanish and English Skills and Knowledge • Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
