    RESPONSABILIDADES 1. Reportar a la empresa cualquier incidencia operativa, de personal o de mantenimiento que no pueda solucionar directamente., 2. Comunicar cualquier información relevante sobre el funcionamiento del local, stock o estado de las instalaciones., 3. Motivar al equipo y transmitir la filosofía y estándares de la marca., 4. Aplicar medidas correctivas ante faltas del personal, incluyendo sanciones cuando proceda, e informar a la empresa en caso de faltas graves., 5. Realizar entrevistas, selección y contratación del personal del local., 6. Autorizar compras extraordinarias dentro de los límites establecidos por la empresa., 7. Gestionar la operativa diaria del local en todas sus áreas: atención, producción, limpieza y stock., 8. Realizar análisis numérico básico del local (ventas, mermas, costes, productividad) y reportarlo a la empresa., 9. Coordinar la formación inicial y continua del equipo, especialmente en procesos de elaboración y atención rápida. FUNCIONES 1. Gestionar pedidos a proveedores (helados, bollería, vasos, envases, productos de limpieza, etc.), controlando stock y evitando roturas o excesos., 2. Asegurar el cumplimiento de checklists de apertura, cierre y limpieza por parte del equipo., 3. Atender directamente a clientes ante quejas, reclamaciones o situaciones complicadas., 4. Supervisar y garantizar el correcto mantenimiento del local y de la maquinaria (máquinas de soft serve, vitrinas, mostradores)., 5. Cubrir ausencias del personal cuando sea necesario, ocupando temporalmente puestos de atención o producción., 6. Controlar y optimizar los tiempos de elaboración y entrega de pedidos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los KPIs operativos definidos por la empresa., 7. Organizar los turnos del equipo en función de la previsión de demanda (horas punta, fines de semana, temporada)., 8. Realizar la gestión administrativa básica del local (cierres de caja, partes de incidencias, control de horarios, reportes a la empresa)., 9. Velar por el cumplimiento de normativas de higiene alimentaria y seguridad aplicables al producto y al local., 10. Detectar oportunidades de mejora en procesos, tiempos o disposición del local para incrementar la eficiencia y el volumen de venta

What you'll be doing: • Perform all duties of the lounge in a professional manner in alignment with PPG standards and Operation manuals,, • Handle passenger admission process for various type of customers including but not limited to premium customers of contracted airlines, financial institutions, walk-ins etc in a smooth and professional manner,, • Prepare and serve food & beverages, including all hot and cold drinks, to the guests all times with a pleasant and friendly attitude,, • Provide food and drink recommendations to guests,, • Restock food & beverages and glassware, when necessary, throughout the shift, • Maintain the highest quality and consistent products & quality standards by following all Company drink recipes and procedures, taste coffee and other non-alcoholic drinks to maintain familiarity with products and quality standards,, • Perform opening, closing and side duties – setting up and tidying up the lounge, ensure cleanliness of glass surfaces or counter tops, and entire lounge area, ensure equipment is in good condition and food safety standards are met, • Follow and observe Health and Safety standards by following self-monitoring plan, properly labeling, dating, covering, and refrigerating the prepared items for the lounge, • Assist the guests all times with polite, friendly, and professional manner,, • Always maintain perfect use of Plaza premium Group uniform as a brand ambassador,, • Any other duty/tasks as requested by the Employer.
