Será el puesto de segund@ de Cocina, reportado directamente al máximo responsable del área de cocina y deberá, junto con el jefe de Cocina, garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad de producto, la consecución de los objetivos operativos y velar por ofrecer un servicio al cliente excepcional. Se requiere experiencia en la gestión y dirección de equipos de cocinas en hoteles. Deberá tener competencias de liderazgo, trabajo en equipo y orientación al detalle. Entre sus Funciones estarán: -Junto con el jefe de Cocina la organización y planificación general de las actividades del departamento de cocina; -Realizar las tareas del Jefe de cocina en su ausencia. -Gestión de las previsiones necesarias y distribución a las distintas partidas del departamento. -Catar alimentos para su selección y uso en la elaboración de los platos. -Desarrollar y supervisar procesos de preparación y presentación de paltos de cocina creativa y de autor. -Organizar el servicio para la preparación y presentación de platos y menús. -Realizar los pedidos necesarios para cubrir los servicios. -Mantener la identificación del producto, su buen estado de limpieza y orden de los mismos. -Fomentar la comunicación entre la producción de cocina y el personal de servicio. -Asistencia en el control de gastos presupuestados. -Tener perfectamente integrado dentro de sus hábitos de trabajo el seguimiento de la normativa de seguridad alimentaria, alérgenos, APPCC, etc. Se ofrece: -Contrato: indefinido. -Jornada: completa s/convenio. -Salario por negociar en la entrevista según la valía, compromiso y experiencia aportada.
