Some of your key responsibilities: - Identify key target clients (and decision makers) in your assigned territory/market - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up via Sales Development team and personal outbound cold calls and emails as required - Organise a proper agenda for online demos and sales trips - Lead optimal follow-ups and the overall negotiation process - Effectively manage deal closer process and handle client objections effectively - Contribute to the overall sales strategy of assigned market and commercial division Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years experience working in sales - Proven influencing, negotiation and deal closure skills with a variety of mid to senior level stakeholders - Experience working with KPIs and an in depth knowledge of how to monitor and work towards performance metrics - The tenacity, resilience and creative thinking to identify and secure new business. - You are passionate about sales! - You are fluent (native or near-native level) in English and French - You want to produce tangible results, proven experience working with and exceeding targets - You are engaging, enjoy problem solving and can prioritize and work autonomously - You are eligible to work in the EU

Date: 14th and 15th of June Location: Barcelona (exact location will be revealed to selected candidates only) WHAT YOU’LL DO • You will take an integral part of the day-to-day operations of the F&B outlet to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. • You will be in charge of warmly greeting our guests, escorting them to their tables, and farewelling at the end. • You will also be in charge of responding to guest enquiries by email or telephone, by being well versed and holding a strong knowledge of the offerings in the outlet, you are able to convert inquiries into reservations which will assist in the outlet achieving their targets. • You will also be in charge of ensuring the rest of the team is aware of upcoming reservations, special events and guest chefs/bartenders ensuring their knowledge is second to none and they are able to assist our guests in the best possible way and help with cross selling other outlets.
