About the job JOB SUMMARY Position responsible of assisting the leadership for all the food and beverage operations, which includes six venues (restaurants, bars, beach club), room service and banqueting operations. Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards as per Balanced Scorecard and meeting or exceeding financial goals.
