Experience you will need: · Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in high end hospitality venue. · Experience with managing and leading a team. · Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests. · Ability to motivate and drive the team. · Attention to detail with good customer service. · Extensive wine knowledge. · Ability to work under pressure and long shifts. · Good command and understanding of English and Spanish with the ability to communicate confidently. · Committed to personal development and a passion for working with people. ·Being a great team-player and not having a problem taking a section when needed. · Good with numbers, we will need your help with cash-up and closing venue.
