Your Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding support to customers by responding to both technical and administrative inquiries via phone, chat, and email. You will assist customers with the installation and setup of payment terminals and online solutions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to building lasting customer relationships.
Your Profile
Fluent in Swedish
Working proficiency in English
Previous experience in a call or contact centre
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and openness to change
Team-player with strong collaboration skills
Effective listening skills
Service-oriented with attention to detail in problem-solving
Able to handle conflicts in a constructive and professional manner
Daily Tasks
Block lost or stolen credit and debit cards
Respond to inquiries from cardholders, ensuring the security of sensitive information
Conduct identity verification and guide customers through security procedures
Review temporarily blocked cards, and take action to block or unblock permanently
Handle claim files related to card issues
