Our client is a fast-growing international company providing innovative temporary security solutions for construction, infrastructure, and renewable energy projects across Europe. With operations expanding rapidly in the Spanish market, they're seeking a dynamic Commercial Director to lead their Spanish team and drive continued growth. As Commercial Director for Spain, you will be responsible for leading and developing the commercial team, accelerating business growth, and contributing to the strategic direction of the Spanish operation. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization at a pivotal stage, with a clear path to becoming Managing Director of the Spanish division within 2-3 years. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers (currently 4, expected to grow to 10+ in the next two years), • Drive commercial strategy and growth across Spain with a focus on the construction, infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors, • Manage and expand client relationships in key industries, • Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets, • Align the team vision and ensure cohesive operation across different locations (Madrid, Barcelona, Sevilla), • Report directly to the Managing Director of International Operations, • Collaborate with headquarters in the Netherlands, including quarterly travel for strategic meetings, • Contribute to the company's expansion plans within Spain, • Proven track record in sales leadership within construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, or related industries, • Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams, • Commercial mindset with a "hunter" profile - proactive, results-driven, and passionate about business development, • Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate a team of senior specialists, • Native Spanish speaker with professional English proficiency, • Excellent relationship building and networking abilities, • Dynamic, energetic personality with a RED profile in DISC assessment (assertive, results-oriented), • Strategic vision with potential to grow into a Managing Director role, • Competitive salary up to €89,000 per annum, • Performance-based annual bonus of up to €15,000, • Attractive stock options after one year, • Company car, • 22 days paid annual leave, • Hybrid working arrangement based in Madrid, • Clear career progression path to Managing Director within 2-3 years, • Opportunity to significantly shape and grow the Spanish business, • Regular collaboration with international teams Keller Executive Search and its clients are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment where all individuals are valued and respected.
