ALEIA by Paulo Airaudo is a haute cuisine project, which received its first Michelin Star in November 2022, located in the luxurious Casa Fuster Hotel in Barcelona (Spain). We are looking for a sommelier to expand our dining room team in 2025. Responsibilities: -Advise clients on the selection of wines, pairings and drinks, providing a personalized and high-quality service. -Maintain and update the wine list, ensuring a high-quality selection that complements our menu. -Manage wine inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability. -Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service. What we offer: -Professional and dynamic work environment with an international team. -Competitive salary, according to the experience and training provided by the candidate. -5-day work week, with an indefinite contract and 2 fixed and consecutive weekly days off What we expect: -Previous experience as a sommelier in high-end restaurants. -Knowledge of wines, wine regions and service techniques. -Excellent communication and customer service skills. -Professional attitude, impeccable presentation and ability to work in a dynamic environment. -Certification in sommelier or equivalent training is a plus.
