Realizar correctamente las tareas correspondientes al puesto, es decir: entradas, salidas, facturación, conserjería, relaciones públicas, gestión de caja y reservas (entre otras) Gestión de reputación online. Gestión y cobro de fianzas. REQUISITOS: Buscamos a una persona con experiencia en el sector turistico/vacacional con ganas de empezar un proyecto innovador, dinámico y creativo. Es importante que estés familiarizado con el sector y tengas don de gentes, serás la imagen de la empresa y deberás dar un buen servicio. Al ser un trabajo de recepción, habrá turnos rotativos y será necesario trabajar los fines de semana que es cuando más volumen de trabajo hay (no hay turno de noche). Responsabilidades principales: -Diseñar e implementar los sistemas de sonido para eventos propios, colaboraciones o instalaciones especiales. -Coordinar y supervisar al equipo técnico de sonido (montajes, pruebas, mantenimiento, desinstalación). -Establecer estándares de calidad y protocolos de operación para eventos en vivo. -Gestionar el inventario de equipos de audio, cableado, consolas, procesadores, monitores y microfonía. -Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas técnicas y de seguridad (acústica, volúmenes, distribución). -Trabajar en conjunto con equipos de producción, DJs, artistas y responsables de escena. -Asegurar el cumplimiento del calendario técnico y disponibilidad de recursos humanos y materiales. -Evaluar e incorporar nuevas tecnologías de audio y herramientas para optimizar el rendimiento acústico. -Realizar mantenimiento preventivo de equipos y colaborar en la toma de decisiones de inversión técnica. Requisitos del perfil -Formación técnica o universitaria en Sonido Profesional, Ingeniería de Sonido, Producción Técnica de Eventos o afines. -Experiencia mínima de 5 años en sonido profesional en eventos en vivo, conciertos, clubes, festivales u otros espacios de entretenimiento. -Experiencia comprobada liderando equipos técnicos o montajes de producción. Conocimiento avanzado en: -Sistemas de PA (L-Acoustics, d&b, Meyer, etc.) -Conocimientos en RF y IEM, valorable DIGICO SD11 y -Consolas digitales (Yamaha, Midas, Allen & Heath, etc.) -Procesadores de señal, microfonía, monitores in-ear, conectividad -Software de predicción acústica y medición (Soundvision, SMAART, etc.) -Capacidad para tomar decisiones bajo presión, resolver problemas técnicos y gestionar imprevistos en vivo. -Habilidades de liderazgo, organización, comunicación y gestión de equipos. -Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles (noches, fines de semana) según programación de eventos.
