ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION We're looking for a visionary Senior HR Systems Specialist to manage and optimize HRIS systems, focusing on configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting, and user support while collaborating with HR, Finance and IT stakeholders. They play a crucial role in system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, including SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring smooth transitions and effective training. Additionally, they analyze HR data to support decision-making and maintain data privacy and security. LA EMPRESA Nuestro cliente es operador de Internet alta velocidad para residenciales y empresariales a nivel nacional.
