Belong to a team that is changing the model, with focus on developing our brands through the Wholesalers. /p pWorking in the OTW team together with the wholesalers and CC will give you a 360 view of the entire On Trade channel. /p pIf you are Business Manager you will add experience and knowledge of a very dynamic channel that is transforming. It will allow you to put the consumer at the center from the beginning of the chain. /p h3About You /h3 pWe are looking for primos who want be part of our Family and want to develop their career in a dynamic team. /p pYou are result oriented looking to develop the business as a founder in your RTM with focus on growing our Premium portfolio and Innovations and protecting the Core business. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liResponsible to deliver key revenue targets as determined by the Country financial plan. (NSVGP). /li liBe accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers. /li liDevelop and maintain effective and strategic relationships with Key Customers and influence the positioning of Bacardi brands in the Area. /li liDefine Top Wholesaler Account Plan with integrated activation plans and performance tracking (Forecast, Terms, etc). /li liIdentify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation. /li liUnderstand customer strategy and how to leverage the Bacardi value proposition to grow mutual business. /li liOptimize promotional plans through the year through implementation of the ROI strategy and goals. /li liProvide accurate demand forecasting to Supply Chain team. /li liYou will be responsible for the effective implementation of the company's pricing and commercial policy /li /ul h3SKILLS /h3 ul liWholesaler sales experience preferred or experience as a Business Manager /li liStrong negotiation skills. /li liFirst hand field sales experience. /li liSolid ability to organize your work independently and effective. /li liGood Communicator and an active listener. /li liEmpathic. /li liSense of ownership, teamwork spirit and focus in objectives /li liStrong analytical and organization skills /li liFluent English. /li /ul h3PERSONAL QUALITIES – SHARE OUR FOUNDER’S PASSION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL FLAIR /h3 ul liChange Agility: You have a deep natural curiosity, desire to experiment and ability to effectively deal with the heat of change.
