    Personal Assistant (PA) – Barcelona, Spain Location: Barcelona, Spain (full-time, on-site) Sector: Music / Entertainment (confidential — further details shared at interview) About the Role We're looking for an experienced, highly organised and discreet Personal Assistant to support a private client based in Barcelona who works internationally within the music industry. This is a varied, hands-on role covering personal administration, household management, health & wellness coordination, family and gift logistics, and general day-to-day life support — particularly while the client is travelling. The ideal candidate is proactive, a clear communicator, completely comfortable working independently, and fluent in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities • Household & personal admin — manage the day-to-day running of the Barcelona residence: rent, utilities, deliveries, post, building admin, and reordering household essentials., • Health & wellness — research and manage private health insurance, coordinate appointments with English-speaking medical professionals, and set up recurring wellness bookings (gym, personal training, yoga, massage/physio)., • Family & gifts — maintain a calendar of family birthdays, anniversaries and key dates; research and propose gift options in good time, then coordinate purchase and delivery once approved., • Personal purchases — handle shopping requests (clothing, gear, gifts) using a structured brief, proposing options for sign-off before any purchase is made., • Travel support — keep the Barcelona base running smoothly while the client is on tour (bills, deliveries, home checks), and coordinate visits from friends/family., • Bookings & scheduling — arrange recurring personal appointments (language lessons, classes, activities) and handle guestlist/event admin for shows., • Communications — manage and filter WhatsApp and email; provide clear written summaries so requests are easy to track., • Weekly reporting — a short written summary each week of what's done, what's pending, and what needs a decision. What We're Looking For • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager or similar, ideally supporting a high-profile individual., • Fluent English and Spanish (additional languages a plus)., • Based in, or willing to relocate to, Barcelona., • Excellent organisation and attention to detail — comfortable juggling many small, ongoing tasks., • Proactive communication style: comfortable asking clarifying questions up front, and giving regular updates without being chased., • Flexibility around occasional out-of-hours requests, with respect for the client's working time., • Total discretion. El/la candidato/a ideal es proactivo/a, tiene una comunicación clara, se siente cómodo/a trabajando de forma autónoma, y domina tanto el inglés como el español. Responsabilidades principales • Hogar y administración personal — gestionar el día a día de la residencia en Barcelona: alquiler, suministros, entregas, correo, administración del edificio y reposición de productos básicos del hogar., • Salud y bienestar — investigar y gestionar el seguro médico privado, coordinar citas con profesionales médicos de habla inglesa, y organizar reservas recurrentes de bienestar (gimnasio, entrenador personal, yoga, masajes/fisioterapia)., • Familia y regalos — mantener un calendario de cumpleaños familiares, aniversarios y fechas clave; investigar y proponer opciones de regalo con antelación, coordinando la compra y entrega una vez aprobadas., • Compras personales — gestionar solicitudes de compra (ropa, material, regalos) siguiendo un briefing estructurado, proponiendo opciones para su aprobación antes de comprar., • Apoyo en viajes — mantener la base de Barcelona funcionando mientras el cliente está de gira (facturas, entregas, revisión de la vivienda), y coordinar visitas de amigos/familiares., • Reservas y agenda — organizar citas personales recurrentes (clases de idiomas, actividades) y gestionar listas de invitados/admin de eventos para conciertos., • Comunicaciones — gestionar y filtrar WhatsApp y correo electrónico; ofrecer resúmenes escritos claros para que las solicitudes sean fáciles de seguir., • Informe semanal — un breve resumen semanal de lo realizado, lo pendiente y lo que necesita una decisión.
