    Job Title: Head Sommelier Responsible to: General Manager Place of work: Jul's Scope and general purpose : Taking care of wine. ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for an experienced Night Auditor to join our dynamic team! Your missions will be the following : • Greet and assist all guest as soon as they come in ;, • Manage all operations involving the customer's visit to the reception: check-in, check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, accommodation, information, bookings, concierge services ;, • Ensure the check-in of potential late arrivals or apply our no-show procedure ;, • Respond to all guest questions and requests, offering a personalized service adapted to each request ;, • Ensure that a high level of customer service is always provided, respecting our quality standards ;, • In coordination with the Front Office Manager, deal with customer complaints ;, • Participate in the management of the hotel's general mailbox by replying and redirecting emails ;, • Assist with administrative tasks at the front desk, maintaining efficient administration within the department, preparing, and submitting operational reports on time ;, • Ensure that the workspaces are well kept and that the entrance to the hotel is pleasant ;, • Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition ;, • At night, ensure the daily End Of Day closing on Opera, control cash receipts ;, • Ensure rounds in floors/hotel, and report non-conformities ;, • Take charge of the hotel switchboard, inform customers, and redirect calls ;, • Ensure the good passage of instructions in the team as well as a good communication of information to the Housekeeping service ;, • Coordinate security at the front desk/reception in order to maintain a high level of safety for all our guests, hosts, goods and material, including key inventory and guest’s belongings. ABOUT YOU A Night Auditor is always working on behalf of our guests and working with other team members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude and skills that follow: Social, engaging and motivated ; Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations ; Be well spoken with excellent communication skills ; Knowledge as well as abilities in other languages would be beneficial ; Attention to details and customer needs ; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PMS (Oracle, Opera, Micros).
