We are currently helping our client - A7 Properties - an international real estate development company managing premium projects across Spain, the UK, Czech Republic, Portugal, and Ukraine. They are looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Assistant to support the company’s Director in daily operations, communications, and coordination of ongoing development projects in Spain. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and control contractors, suppliers, and partners involved in construction and design projects., • Conduct information research, prepare reports, presentations, and documentation., • Manage the Director’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements (business and personal)., • Communicate with partners and clients in Spanish and English (written and spoken)., • Organise and accompany business trips, site visits, and events., • Prepare and maintain project documents, internal reports, and KPI tracking systems., • Ensure smooth daily operations and timely execution of tasks. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Business Assistant / Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator, preferably in real estate, architecture, or investment sectors., • Fluent Spanish (C1–C2) and English, with Russian or Ukrainian as a plus., • Excellent organisational and communication skills., • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional discretion., • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace / CRM tools., • Flexibility and readiness for a dynamic work schedule and travel across Spain.
