Working with Verisure is being part of an industry leading world-class company that has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. /b /p h3About the Role /h3 pThe bCustomer Marketing Associate /b will be responsible for: /p ul liUnderstanding alarm- sustained drivers and their impact on business KPIs (e.g., churn, upsell, etc.). /li liIdentifying initiatives to bridge the gap between expected and real alarm usage. /li liAnalysing portfolio pricing performance with focus on retention policies. /li liIdentifying_hdl key opportunities in products and services that we need to invest in to continue innovating based on customer behaviour (e.g., attrition profile, system usage, etc.). /li liAligning stakeholders (e.g., local Customer Marketing teams) on a shared roadmap with prioritized initiatives. /li /ul pThis brole /b will require a deep understanding of: /p ul liOur business model. /li liOur value proposition (e.g., Products Services) and operating model (e.g., Security Procedures). /li liOur customers’ needs and demands. /li /ul pbYou /b will get to: /p ul liWork hand in hand with our countries to design and implement alarm-usage strategies aligned to their local realities. /li liCollaborate with the retention team to ensure the achievement of shared objectives. /li liEnsure accomplishment of the established goals to increase alarm usage. /li liEstablish and maintain good communication with our local Customer Marketing teams. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 pWe are looking for individuals with: /p ul li2-3+ years of experience in leading consulting firms or start-up environments. /li liBachelor’s degree in business management parabike, finance, economics, or other analytical field. /li liMulti-national and multi-cultural environment experience. /li /ul pThe role will be a great fit for someone who has: /p ul liStrong analytical skills to drive insights through metrics presenting conclusions effectively, and demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, backing up proposals with good data. /li liReliability – ability to produce work of very high quality on a timelypoinge, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines. /li liExcellent written and oral presentation and communication skills. /li liAbility to understand and apply highly relevant commercial judgment to business decisions. /li liEffective time project management skills. /li liAgility – able to manage uncertainty and adapt to change with pragmatism.
