Recruitment for a full‑time, on‑site position in Madrid, Spain. The role focuses on executing the digital insurance product roadmap, elevating customer experience across all channels, and ensuring global strategic priorities are aligned and implemented consistently across markets. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end digital insurance experience across app, web and assisted channels. Drive journey simplification, friction reduction and customer‑centric design. Identify structural UX barriers impacting conversion and engagement. Ensure cross‑channel consistency between digital and assisted environments. Collaborate with CRO & Experimentation Lead to embed behavioral insights into journey design. Establish scalable UX standards and design guidelines across markets. Diagnose experience gaps and define improvement action plans for each country. Act as functional owner of Digital Insurance squads, govern backlog prioritization, and coordinate with Technology and BECO teams. Manage cross‑country coordination, including performance reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and action plan execution. Work with Digital Analytics Lead to monitor KPIs – Digital Share, Conversion Rate, LTV/CAC, and customer growth. Identify high‑performing initiatives, develop playbooks, and foster knowledge sharing across markets. Qualifications Minimum 15 years of professional experience in digital product, customer experience and transformation roles. Proven experience leading cross‑channel digital experience optimization initiatives. Experience owning product backlogs and working closely with technology teams. Experience with attribution models, performance measurement frameworks, and paid media scaling across multiple markets. Hands‑on experience designing, executing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests. Experience coordinating multiple international markets and operating in large, matrix organizations. Experience in insurance, banking or financial services. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field (required); MBA or postgraduate studies (preferred). Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (required); Portuguese (preferred). Strong understanding of digital funnel dynamics and business impact drivers. Hands‑on experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target or similar). Expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Campaign Manager 360, tag management tools, SEO and organic growth principles. Strong understanding of behavioral science and user psychology principles. Structured, analytical and performance‑oriented mindset; strong execution discipline and accountability.
