Would you like to contribute to this as Regional Manager in the South of Spain? We are looking for a dynamic, versatile manager, who is eager to join the Xior Family. You will be responsible for several residences in Sevilla, Granada and Malaga. Your responsibilities: Student Satisfaction: - Improvement of the customer experience in the residence of the assigned region through a customer journey plan (student interaction, student survey score, google reviews and assure quick responses on a timely manner in all residences among others). - Implement operational processes and standards in the residences in line with Xior policies. Building value: - Cooperate with Residence Managers to keep the best-in-class building through cleaning and maintenance plans (CAPEX forms, follow up maintenance certifications and small repairs). - Follow up the day-to-day operations in the residences of the region. Operational Excellence: - Cooperate with Residence Managers to achieve the BP occupancy & revenue levels improving the sales and marketing of the residences, online and offline. - Follow up the invoicing and rent collection in a timely manner from the residences. - Cost control and P&L analysis monthly together with the Residence Mgr and Operational Mgr. - Define the yearly Business Plan together with Ops and Finance Mgrs. - Weekly and monthly reporting of KPI’s to the Ops Mgr Spain.
