As Product Owner – B2B Discovery & Acquisition, you will lead the development and continuous optimization of digital experiences that expand our client’s professional customer base and drive commercial growth. Your focus will span the entire B2B acquisition journey — from initial discovery to onboarding and expansion — ensuring that every interaction is relevant, frictionless, and value-generating. ✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ • At least 6 years of experience as a Product Owner in an international ecommerce (B2B) setting., • A track record of delivering digital solutions that drive acquisition and commercial growth across diverse B2B customer segments — from small businesses to large accounts., • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, grounded in data, experimentation, and performance insights — with fluency in working against KPIs and translating metrics into product decisions., • Experience optimizing current solutions while contributing to the conception of future ones — especially in multi-market or multi-channel contexts. Previous involvement in Digital Transformations is a big plus., • Applied experience in Agile delivery within complex environments, with a solid grasp of best practices and a practical mindset., • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority and build trust across levels and geographies., • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with experience aligning cross-functional teams and external partners around shared goals., • Experience coordinating with other squads/tribes, ensuring cohesive execution across interdependent initiatives., • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical leads and product designers, understanding architectural constraints and design trade-offs, and ensuring solutions align with squad goals, business needs, and the overall product vision., • Understanding of typical commercial models in B2B digital commerce, including direct sales, subscriptions, and channel partnerships — with awareness of how these models influence acquisition strategy and product priorities., • Fluency in English is essential 👉 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? • Own the execution and continuous refinement of the product vision, aligned with the strategic direction set by Digital Product leadership., • Lead product discovery efforts to understand stakeholder needs — including prospects, existing customers, internal teams, and external partners — and translate insights into actionable opportunities., • Prioritize initiatives that expand reach, improve engagement, and accelerate conversion, while simplifying workflows and removing friction across the entire acquisition journey., • Collaborate with other functions (e.g., Marketing, Sales, CRC, DX, Analytics) to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences for all relevant actors., • Support the optimization of onboarding flows and operational processes to reduce friction for prospects and internal stakeholders, enabling smoother transitions from interest to purchase., • Continuously monitor product performance, customer feedback, and experimentation results, using insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes., • Foster personalized engagement and operational continuity by supporting integration with broader platforms (e.g., CRM, Martech, Commerce)., • Maintain a clear and transparent prioritization framework to align stakeholders and drive delivery momentum., • Advocate for customer-centricity and simplicity in every product decision, balancing strategic goals with usability and operational feasibility., • Support change management and enablement efforts to drive adoption and maximize business value across markets and teams., • Contribute to increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) by improving acquisition quality, streamlining digital purchasing experiences, and enabling long-term customer satisfaction through operational excellence. 🚀WHY US?🚀?
