We are IN, are you IN? We're looking for a B2B Marketing Project Manager to join one of our international projects with a leading technology client. Someone with real agency or consulting experience who can run B2B marketing projects end to end. We want a project manager who understands what the client is really trying to achieve, reads the brief with a critical eye, and helps shape the solution rather than just deliver it. Someone who anticipates problems, brings ideas to the table, and cares as much about business impact and the quality of the work as about the project's financial health. About the role: Dedication: Full-time Location: Sant Cugat del Vallés (Barcelona) Project’s Lenght: Permanent Work model: Flexible, combining f2f work with teleworking Main Responsibilities: Reporting to the area Manager, your main responsibilities will include: • Run B2B marketing projects for leading technology clients with real autonomy, from start to finish., • Be the client's day-to-day partner, not just their point of contact. Understand their business and the strategy behind each project, ask the questions that get to what they really need, and manage expectations., • Bring a point of view. Contribute to building the solution alongside the client and our internal teams, and push the work toward real business impact, not just on-time delivery., • Own the financial side of your projects: margins, billing, and budgeted versus actual hours. Don't just monitor, anticipate deviations before they happen., • Work with our technical teams not only to deliver on time, but to shape work that genuinely answers the client's challenge., • Keep project documentation and processes up to date and traceable. Background & Skills: • Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Project Management, Marketing or similar., • 5 or more years of project management experience at a B2B service agency or consulting firm., • Real experience in financial project management: not just tasks and deadlines, but also margins and costs., • Enough marketing and B2B sensibility to contribute to the substance of a solution, not only to coordinate it., • A consultative, strategic mindset. You can read a client's business and turn it into the right approach for the project., • You're comfortable proposing and defending ideas, not just executing a plan., • You’re used to managing client relationships directly; you know when to reassure, when to negotiate, and when to escalate., • C1-level English (regular work with international contacts)., • AI integrated into your workflow as a practical tool, not just a line on your resume., • Experience working in creative environments or collaborating closely with design/creative teams will be highly valued We’re looking for a way of working that we recognize right away: high standards of quality in everything you deliver; the ability to anticipate needs without being asked; and a clear focus on impact, not just on the task at hand. This role is probably not for you if: • Your experience comes from construction, IT, or infrastructure projects, rather than from an agency or consulting firm., • You prefer an operational support role without direct client interaction., • You’re not comfortable with the financial aspects of a project (margins, costs, profitability).
