Descripción del empleo Lo que harás… Responsabilizarse de la limpieza y el mantenimiento de las habitaciones de los huéspedes, asegurándose de que se limpien siempre según los estándares de la marca, y de que estén bien presentadas y mantenidas. Informar de cualquier defecto de mantenimiento en las habitaciones y en los pisos de los huéspedes a través de KnowCross. Proporcionar un alto nivel de atención al cliente. Garantizar altos niveles de limpieza en todo el hotel, incluyendo las zonas comunes. Garantizar que todos los materiales de limpieza se manipulen correctamente y cumplir con las normas de Seguridad e Higiene establecidas. Asistir a todas las sesiones de formación necesarias. Retirar la ropa sucia y basura de las plantas de habitaciones hacia las oficinas en el sótano y siempre que sea necesario del interior de las habitaciones hacia las oficinas asignadas en el hotel. Realizar las limpiezas programadas de cristales en habitaciones y áreas externas e internas del hotel. Informar de cualquier defecto de mantenimiento en las habitaciones y en los pisos de los huéspedes a través de KnowCross. Mantener en perfecto estado todo el material destinado a sus funciones de transporte y limpieza. Job Description What you’ll do… To be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, ensuring that these are always cleaned to brand standards, and are well presented and maintained. Support the running of our hotel by ensuring our guests have a memorable experience in a spotless and well put together room. Lead and inspire the housekeeping team by example, creating an environment that lets them be themselves and bring their best selves to work, encouraging their development and progression. Take a hands-on approach to training and supporting your team in keeping to our high standards. Oversee and check the cleaning and servicing of all our bedrooms and public areas. Work with our Head Housekeeper and Assistant Head Housekeeper on maintaining and developing the partnership with our external housekeeping provider. What we’re looking for… Individuals.
