    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT ● Assist in scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat. Manage Instagram Stories and ensure consistent daily brand presence. ● Monitor comments, messages, tagged content and community engagement. ● Assist in maintaining the social media content calendar. ● Write and adapt captions for posts and Stories, ensuring they align with the brand's tone of voice. ● Monitor social media trends and proactively suggest new content ideas and formats. INFLUENCER MARKETING ● Research influencers. ● Contact creators. ● Manage collaborations. ● Coordinate product shipments. ● Follow up on content deadlines. ● Collect performance reports. ● Maintain an influencer database. WEBSITE MANAGEMENT ● Maintain website content and product information. ● Upload new products and collections. ● Update homepage banners and seasonal campaigns. ● Create and maintain landing pages. ● Ensure website content remains accurate, consistent and aligned with brand guidelines. MARKETING CAMPAIGN SUPPORT ● Assist in the execution of product launches and seasonal campaigns. ● Coordinate campaign timelines across marketing channels. ● Coordinate with the wider team to ensure website, social media and newsletters remain aligned throughout campaigns. ● Support the coordination and logistics of PR package preparation and dispatch.ANALYTICS & REPORTING ● Maintain weekly social media analytics reports. ● Monitor newsletter performance. ● Identify trends and opportunities for improvement. MARKETING OPERATIONS ● Maintain internal marketing trackers and documentation. ● Keep marketing calendars up to date. ● Support cross-functional communication within the marketing team.
