Lenskart is coming to Europe, and Barcelona is where it begins. We've built one of the world's fastest-growing eyewear brands, with 1,500+ stores and counting across India and international markets. Now we're opening our European chapter, and we're looking for the person who will define what walking into a Lenskart store feels like on this continent. This is a rare build-from-the-ground-up role. You won't inherit a playbook; you'll write it. From our first European flagship to the rollout that follows, you'll shape the look, the mood, and the moment of arrival that turns a passerby into a customer and a customer into a fan. If you've ever wanted to plant a flag for a brand in a brand-new market, this is that role. WHAT YOU'LL OWN • Set the vision. Define and execute the visual merchandising strategy for Lenskart in Europe, translating our global brand identity into a premium, locally resonant store experience that feels unmistakably us, from the window to the lens wall., • Launch the market. Lead VM for our European store openings end to end: layouts, fixtures, lighting, product display, signage, and window concepts. You'll be in the room (and on the floor) for the first store, and you'll build the standards that make the hundredth one just as sh, • arp.Build the brand experience across every touchpoint. Create a seamless visual story across online, offline, and experiential retail, partnering with Retail, Design, Product, and Marketing to turn campaigns into in-store moments people remember., • Make excellence repeatable. Design the frameworks (VM guidelines, store audits, health scores, SOPs) that let us scale fast without ever losing the premium feel., • Bring launches to life. Own the visual strategy for product rollouts, brand campaigns, and seasonal activations: concepts that pull people through the door and lift engagement and conversion once they're inside., • Build the team. Hire, lead, and grow a high-performing VM team across design and field execution as the European footprint expands., • Manage the craft and the cost. Build relationships with VM vendors, production houses, and design partners across the region, and drive smart cost optimization that never compromises the aesthetic., • Let data sharpen the design. Use store performance, customer insight, and VM analytics to understand what's driving conversion, and turn that into better displays and better business outcomes. WHAT YOU BRING • A genuine eye: strong design instinct, a gift for visual storytelling, and a feel for premium brand expression., • Proven VM leadership across multi-store retail formats (eyewear, fashion, or lifestyle a strong plus).The rare blend of creative ambition and commercial sharpness: you care how it looks and how it sells. The energy and rigor to build programs, processes, and teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment., • Excellent cross-functional collaboration: you make Retail, Design, Product, and Marketing better together., • Comfort operating in or launching new markets; European retail experience and language skills are a strong advantage. EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's or Master's in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fashion Communication, Retail Management, or a related field.10 to 15+ years in visual merchandising, including 5+ years in a leadership role., • Experience managing VM for a large-format or multi-location retail network strongly preferred., • Background in eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail is a plus.
