We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to join the Treasury function within our bank in Europe. You'll bridge business, regulation, and risk in this first-line, business-facing role, while partnering with Treasury leadership to enable new products and ensure compliance across operations. What you'll be doing • Owning regulatory horizon scanning for Treasury, and assessing the impact of new and evolving EU regulations on business activities, • Translating regulatory requirements (EBA, CRR, MiFID, EMIR, etc.) into actionable changes across treasury operations, • Advising on new treasury products, investment activities, and third-party onboardings to ensure compliance by design, • Partnering with Treasury leadership on fixed income activities, including bonds, repos, derivatives, and FX, from a regulatory and risk perspective, • Supporting product launches alongside group initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, • Acting as a key liaison between Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to drive aligned decision-making, • Managing risk incidents and tracking issues and remediation, • Strengthening control frameworks by identifying gaps, implementing improvements, and preventing recurrence of risk events, • Expertise in treasury, capital markets, or fixed income environments (e.g., bonds, repos, derivatives, FX), • A solid understanding of EU banking regulations (EBA, CRR, MiFID, EMIR, SFTR) and their practical application, • Experience advising business xcskxlj teams on compliance or regulatory topics in a first-line or close-to-business role, • The ability to translate regulation into business impact and influence decision-making with senior stakeholders, • Experience engaging with EU regulators or supervisory authorities (ECB or local regulators), • A background in consulting or advisory roles (e.g., Big 4) within treasury or capital markets, • Exposure to risk management, incident handling, or control framework design in a first-line environment
