Key responsibilities • Assist the PR Director in developing and executing government affairs and public relations strategies to support corporate objectives., • Establish and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, industry associations, media outlets, and key stakeholders., • Monitor political, regulatory, and industry developments that may impact the company’s operations and provide timely analysis and recommendations., • Coordinate public relations campaigns, media communication, and crisis management initiatives., • Organize government visits, press conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events to enhance brand image and stakeholder engagement., • Support policy advocacy, lobbying efforts, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities., • Manage PR team operations, supervise daily tasks, and provide professional training and guidance., • Collaborate with internal departments (legal, compliance, marketing, ESG) to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with regulations. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, International Relations, or related fields., • 10+ years of experience in government affairs and public relations, with at least 5 years in a managerial position., • Strong network and proven experience in dealing with government agencies, media, and public institutions., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., • Strong crisis management and media handling capabilities., • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan; Chinese is a plus., • Experience in multinational corporations or automotive/industrial sectors preferred., • High integrity, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work under pressure.
