Who are we looking for? We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Consolidation Specialist with 3 years of professional experience in financial consolidation and reporting. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Consolidation & Audit, acting as the key support in managing the Group’s financial reporting, international audits, and the integrity of our consolidated data. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. You have a strong understanding of accounting principles and enjoy transforming complex financial data into accurate and meaningful reports. Your role? As a Consolidation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards (such as IFRS or local GAAP). You will support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, coordinate with subsidiaries to collect financial data, analyze variances, and contribute to improving consolidation processes and internal controls to meet audit standards. You will work closely with finance teams across different regions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. You are the person we are looking for, if: • You have approximately 3 years of experience in financial consolidation, audit, or corporate accounting., • You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field., • You have a solid understanding of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or local GAAP) with specific knowledge of IFRS 16, IFRS 9, IFRS 3 and NIC 21., • You have proven experience in the preparation of individual and consolidated annual accounts., • You are proficient in Excel and familiar with consolidation or ERP systems (e.g., SAP,Navision, Oracle, or similar tools)., • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail., • You have good communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with international stakeholders., • You are fluent in English You bring experience in: • Preparing consolidated financial statements under IFRS and management reports., • Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring the robustness of our internal controls., • Managing financial data from multiple subsidiaries, handling multi-currency environments and foreign exchange and analyzing financial variances., • Supervise the collection and rigorous review of reporting packages from all subsidiaries, ensuring they are received on time and in the required format for the monthly and annual closing., • Performing intercompany reconciliations, eliminating intercompany transactions and managing complex foreign exchange impacts., • As a Consolidation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the coordination of both consolidated and individual audits, acting as the key interlocutor for external auditors to ensure the audit process for the Group. You will work hand-in-hand with local finance teams to ensure that all audit requirements are met accurately and on time.., • Review and monitor the implementation of the Group’s accounting policies, ensuring total homogeneity in criteria between all subsidiaries., • Improving financial processes and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
