Under the guidance of the Head of Bars & Restaurants, the Restaurant Manager directs the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets within the hotel. Tus principales retos serán: • Implementar políticas, procedimientos y buenas prácticas de Revenue management, • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de ingresos, • Reporting diario, semanal y mensual, • Optimizar y consolidar los acuerdos de distribución de la cadena, • Actuar como un consultor de negocio con la propiedad o dirección del hotel., • Construir y mantener fuertes lazos relaciones con el staff del hotel, • Actuar como un embajador de la estrategia comercial y la cultura de la compañía., • Promulgar una cultura de Revenue management en los hoteles. Responsabilidades del trabajo • Supervisar la estrategia de Revenue y distribución con el hotel en el día a día, • Análisis de calendarios de Pick UP, ajustes de estrategia y reporting, • Optimizar el uso del RMS, • Alcanzar análisis y estudios competitivos tanto del mercado como de las tendencias del mismo, • Realizar un forecast semanal evaluando los KPIS fijados, • Presupuestación anual, • Estrategia de distribución alineada con la estrategia comercial de compañía., • Responsabilidad de evaluar, analizar y marcar los precios para el segmento grupal., • Impulsar un reporte mensual de resultados, dotando recomendaciones de mejora, corrección y estrategias a medio-largoplazo, • Asegurarse que todos los sistemas tecnológicos, están correctamente configurados, validados, y trabajando a plena capacidad. Requisitos ¿Qué necesitas para aplicar? • 1 – 2 años de experiencia como Revenue Manager, • Estudios en turismo, dirección hotelera o ADE, • Alta capacidad de excel, • Conocimiento de tecnología del sector: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets, • Ser una persona analítica con una fuerte orientación a resultados..
