We are looking for a Dutch-speaking or Flemish- speaker Account Manager to be the first contact for our cloud solutions customers in Malaga. This customer-facing role focuses on managing and nurturing customer relationships and driving sales of Microsoft cloud technologies. Job Description: - Deliver a strong first impression as the initial point of contact for many customers, setting a foundation for long-term relationships. - Lead the sales process from initial lead to purchase, handling strategy, overcoming objections, and negotiating success. - Engage with small and medium businesses to identify opportunities to meet their needs with leading cloud technologies. - Prioritize customer engagement to deliver a world-class experience. - Achieve customer wins by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers. - Present competitive offerings in relation to customer needs and communicate the value of our client. - Turn prospects into opportunities and build a revenue pipeline using criteria like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline). - Meet monthly targets of contacting 200 leads and creating 30 opportunities. - Utilize social, digital, video, chat, and traditional communication methods to manage and sell effectively. - Collect and convey customer feedback to inform business decisions ("Voice of Customer"). Skills Needed: - High school diploma required, BA/4-year degree preferred. - 2-3+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 1 year in the IT industry and in sales or customer management. - Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools. - Experience with Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is a plus. - Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred. - Self-starter with proven performance achievements and goal orientation. - Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities (oral, written, verbal). - Experience in effectively communicating via phone, email video, and presentations. - General knowledge of the IT industry and a quick learning ability for products and solutions. - Driven by achievement and success, motivated by performance rewards. - Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently or under supervision. - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce. - Passion for cloud technologies and innovation. - Language Skills: Intermediate or fluent English; fluent or native proficiency in Dutch language.
