Important travel insurance company needs to incorporate Vehicle Assistance agents to support its roadside assistance services in the Dutch market. Your functions You will be in charge of coordinating and organizing assistance for customers experiencing vehicle issues in Spain, Portugal, Morocco, or Andorra. Your responsibilities will include reassuring stranded vacationers over the phone, arranging towing services, contacting garages for repairs, managing replacement transportation, and organizing vehicle repatriation. You will work in an emergency response team and handle irregular shifts.
