At Illusion, we are looking for an Experience Center Coordinator for our Marbella space. We are seeking an organised individual with a strong aesthetic sensibility and a genuine customer-focused mindset, someone who takes pride in caring for every detail and turning each visit into an experience that reflects the values of our brand. Your mission will be to ensure that the Experience Center consistently reflects the level of care, professionalism and excellence that defines Illusion, delivering an exceptional experience to clients, visitors and partners. What You'll Do • Ensure the day-to-day operation of the Experience Center, maintaining the space to the highest standards and in line with the Illusion brand., • Prepare the Experience Center for visits, demonstrations and events, ensuring that all solutions operate correctly., • Welcome and guide clients, visitors and partners, creating a warm, professional and carefully curated experience., • Deliver presentations of the space and its featured solutions, adapting your approach to each visitor's profile and interests., • Coordinate calendars, meeting room bookings, appointments and administrative tasks related to the Experience Center., • Manage the Experience Center's general email inbox and phone calls, providing attentive and professional support while directing requests appropriately., • Manage inventories, samples, demo equipment, retail products and merchandising, ensuring availability and traceability., • Perform basic operational checks and coordinate maintenance requirements or incidents affecting the space., • Manage suppliers and general services related to the upkeep and smooth operation of the Experience Center., • Support retail sales activities and oversee the related operational follow-up., • Coordinate and execute Experience Center activations, managing schedules and invitations., • Collaborate in the organisation and delivery of events, presentations and experiences for clients and partners., • Regularly report on operational status, inventories and incidents, proposing improvements that enhance the customer experience., • Continuously develop your knowledge of the solutions, products and technologies showcased within the Experience Center. What We're Looking For • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, premium retail, interior design, architecture or environments related to design and luxury brands., • Highly organised, detail-oriented and customer-focused., • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships., • Proficiency with digital tools and the Microsoft 365 environment., • Fluent Spanish and a high level of English are essential., • A strong appreciation for design, architecture and thoughtfully conceived spaces., • Interest in technology and a willingness to learn about lighting, audio, control and home wellbeing solutions., • Ability to work independently, proactively and with high standards of quality. Nice to Have • Education in Interior Design, Architecture, Design or related disciplines., • Previous experience working in showrooms, premium brands or luxury-related sectors., • Knowledge of, or interest in, design, lighting, furniture or residential technology., • Additional languages.
