Position: Channel Sales Manager Location: Located in France (Be on site in Paris/Be remote at home) Reports to: Country Manager for France. The Position: As the Senior DIY Sales Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our expansion in the French market, focusing primarily on Key Accounts and Major DIY Retailers. Your primary mission will be to develop and manage our strategic client portfolio, with a particular emphasis on Leroy Merlin. Based in the Paris area with flexible remote work (WFH), you will operate as an autonomous entrepreneur, directly driving our company's growth in France. Key Responsibilities: • Strategy & Business Development:, • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the DIY channel in France., • Identify, prospect, and secure agreements with new key accounts in the Mass Retail and DIY sector (e.g., Leroy Merlin, Castorama, Brico Dépôt, etc.)., • Meet and exceed agreed sales and profitability targets for the French territory., • Portfolio & Key Account Management:, • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, with a strong focus on strategic accounts like Leroy Merlin., • Lead negotiations on commercial terms, product assortments, promotional plans, and in-store visibility., • Ensure rigorous follow-up on sales performance and customer service excellence., • Market Intelligence:, • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities within the DIY, gardening, and tool sectors., • Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product teams to tailor our offering to the French market., • Internal Collaboration:, • Education & Experience:, • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field., • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a demonstrable and successful track record in the French DIY/Mass Retail channel., • Fluent English is essential for internal communication. Proficiency in French is required for local client relationships., • Resources & Network:, • An established network and strong relationships with Leroy Merlin is imperative., • Proven experience with other major players in the DIY, gardening, or building materials distribution is a significant advantage., • Industry Background:, • Experience in one of the following sectors: Hardware, Power Tools, Garden Tools, Lighting, Home Decor, or Building Materials., • Personal Skills:, • Excellent negotiator and communicator., • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working effectively in a remote setting., • Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills., • Dynamic, passionate, and a proactive self-starter.
