About the Role As part of Xiaomi France, you will play a key role in supporting project management, contract execution, data operations, and customer engagement. This position requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with headquarters and local teams to ensure smooth business operations, accurate sales reporting, and effective customer support for both smartphone (SMP) and IoT product lines. Responsibilities • Project Management: Independently manage projects, including contract management operations, ensuring compliance with HQ guidelines and efficient execution., • Contract Support: Assist in contract-related processes, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders., • Data Operations: Manage and execute daily sales data reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for business decision-making., • Customer Operations: Prepare, edit, and deliver customer offers for smartphones and IoT products, ensuring alignment with business goals., • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with HQ and local teams to ensure seamless operational execution., • Additional Tasks: Complete other assignments as requested by management. Qualifications • Bachelor’s (3rd year) to Master’s student in International Business, International Trade, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields., • Experience in project management or operations, preferably in a multinational environment., • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)., • Fluent in English and French, proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and responsible attitude., • A team player with strong execution skills and the ability to work under pressure., • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable solutions., • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced, innovative company.
