Job Purpose: We are looking for a Regional HR Business Partner – Europe to support our growing operations across France and the EU. This role combines strategic partnership with hands-on HR delivery, ensuring alignment between our people agenda and business goals while driving excellence in recruitment, administration, employee relations, and compliance. Your Missions • Serve as the first HR point of contact for France/EU, collaborating with Country Managers, Regional Operations, and HQ in KSA., • Lead recruitment and onboarding across EU markets, including store staffing and new openings., • Manage personnel administration: contracts (CDI, CDD), amendments, medical visits, benefits (mutuelle, transportation), leave/RTT, and HRIS records., • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with providers, ensuring accurate data and controls., • Support employee relations: performance management, disciplinary cases, grievances, and CSE meetings., • Oversee compliance with French labor law, EU directives, GDPR, and collective agreements., • Facilitate training and development programs, OPCO funding requests, and maintain skills tracking., • Deliver HR metrics & dashboards (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, training, time-to-hire). Your Profile • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field., • 5+ years’ HR experience in recruitment, personnel administration, payroll coordination, and employee relations, ideally in retail or luxury., • In-depth knowledge of French labor law and familiarity with EU HR frameworks., • Proficiency with HRIS/payroll tools (ADP, Sage, PayFit, etc.) and strong reporting/Excel skills., • Fluent in French and English (both required); other EU languages are a plus., • Strong organizational skills, discretion, and ability to work across diverse markets., • Willingness to travel occasionally within the EU., • While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the duties involved in this position, it is not to be regarded as exhaustive.
