The ideal candidate is client-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about both people and performance. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the client relationship on a daily basis, ensuring full satisfaction across all packaging artwork and repro topics. This includes overseeing a team of onsite resources and acting as the main point of contact for commercial, operational and performance matters. Job Responsibilities Client Relationship & Account Management • Act as the primary contact for the client’s marketing and operations teams., • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution and strategic guidance., • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the entire scope of the collaboration. Team Management • Manage and support a team of onsite stakeholders: ○ 2 Project Managers working within the client's marketing teams. ○ 3 Onsite Graphic Designers based internally with the client. • Foster collaboration, efficiency and team wellbeing., • Provide leadership to maintain performance, motivation and operational fluidity. Project & Operational Excellence • Oversee artwork production processes to ensure quality and deadlines., • Address topics related to the graphic/printing workflow when needed, even when not directly involved in production tasks., • Ensure strong alignment between internal production teams and onsite staff. Business Analysis & Finance • Collect and consolidate forecasted project volumes and communicate them internally., • Manage internal and client-facing billing processes (year-start estimates, invoicing follow-up, financial reporting)., • Produce contractual KPIs and performance dashboards for client and internal monitoring. Innovation & Optimization • Lead and support initiatives related to process improvements, automation and innovation within the project., • Bring fresh ideas and propose new ways of working to strengthen the partnership and operational efficiency. Key Requirements • Proven experience in Account Management within the packaging / artwork / prepress / printing industry., • Strong understanding of graphic production workflows and related processes., • Excellent client-facing and communication skills - ability to build trust and manage complex conversations., • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills; strong sense of empathy and emotional intelligence., • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset (KPIs, dashboards, volume estimations, reporting)., • Experience managing cross-functional or onsite teams is a strong advantage., • Demonstrated involvement in innovation / automation / continuous improvement projects., • Proficient English and French required. Location & Timeline: Hybrid work arrangement: WFH and WFO SGX Boulogne + strong presence within the client offices, especially 1st year at Clichy.
