As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in growing a diverse portfolio of clients and agencies across our full range of products and services, including Display Advertising, Content Solutions, Webinars, Data Services, Print Media, Events, and Market Research. Key Responsibilities • Identify communication and lead generation needs among companies and agencies targeting business decision-makers in France. To achieve this, you will proactively engage prospects by phone, attend client meetings, and leverage networking opportunities at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. You will benefit from pre-qualified prospect databases., • Develop tailored campaign proposals. In addition to the support of your manager, you will work closely with internal product and industry experts to design the most effective solutions for your clients., • Meet and exceed your sales targets. Drive your business development plan with energy and determination to meet and exceed your revenue objectives., • Make the most of our sales technology stack (Salesforce, Showpad, Claap, Linked-In Sales Navigator etc.) to organize your activities, track your interactions and multiply your touchpoints with clients. What we are looking for... • Sales experience: You have at least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally within the Media, Digital, Marketing, Content, Event or Technology sectors. You are confident engaging with senior decision-makers and quickly understand clients' business challenges., • Results-driven mindset: You thrive in a KPI-driven sales environment and are comfortable managing a high level of commercial activity, including prospecting, client meetings, proposals, and pipeline development. Ambitious and resilient, you consistently strive to meet and exceed your targets., • Consultative approach: Strong communication and listening skills enable you to build trusted client relationships and recommend tailored solutions that deliver value., • Languages: Native German proficiency is strongly preferred. Professional English is required. French is not required.
