We’re building the next generation of automated warehouse systems — fast, modular, and space-efficient. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to help design and integrate the core mechanical systems of our robots, infrastructure and production tooling. You’ll optimize parts for fast assembly and easy repairs, build test rigs and fixtures, and work closely with embedded and mechatronics engineers to solve real integration and assembly constraints in a hands-on environment. Core Responsibilities • Optimize mechanical designs for assembly, serviceability, and repairs using Fusion 360 (DFM/DFA mindset)., • Design and iterate system components (brackets, mounts, enclosures, mechanical interfaces) and manage integration constraints across subsystems., • Design and build test rigs, workshop fixtures, and production/assembly tools to support validation and manufacturing., • Support mechanical–electrical integration, including cable routing, sensor/actuator mounting, tolerances, and access for maintenance., • Collaborate closely with the Mechatronics/Team Lead and Embedded Firmware Engineers to resolve assembly constraints and improve overall system robustness. Required Skills • 5+ years experience in mechanical design (robotics/mechatronics or adjacent hardware products)., • Strong proficiency with Fusion 360 (parametric CAD, assemblies, drawings, simulation)., • Practical understanding of tolerances, fasteners, materials, and manufacturing processes (CNC, sheet metal, 3D printing, basic machining)., • Experience designing for assembly and service (clear access, modularity, repeatable alignment, repair workflows)., • Hands-on prototyping ability: comfortable in a workshop environment and able to iterate quickly from CAD to build., • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team., • Fluent English (spoken and written) Nice-to-Have • Experience with robotics mechanisms (actuation, drivetrains, linear motion, bearings, structural design)., • Familiarity with basic FEA and/or design verification methods., • Experience creating assembly instructions, BOMs, tolerance stacks, and production documentation., • Comfort working with embedded/electronics constraints (heat, vibration, EMI shielding considerations, connector access)., • Experience setting up or improving production lines or pilot builds for low-to-mid volume hardware. Team Fit • We value autonomy and the drive to create foundational solutions., • You'll have the liberty to steer projects from conception to realization in a rewarding environment that cherishes innovation and simplicity. Why Join Us • Own and shape the firmware that drives a next-generation robotic product., • Work in a fast-moving environment where firmware directly impacts system performance., • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (mechanical, electrical, validation, and production)., • See your work deployed in real warehouses with immediate, measurable impact. About Us What We’re Building We are a tech company enabling sustainable distribution models, launching a category defining fulfillment automation system, leveraging AI, robotics and lean methodology. We are bring to market a system that converts any space into a high density automated storage and order fulfillment area. What We Offer • Access to cutting-edge AI tools to boost your workflow — use them however you see fit, • A friendly, no-blame culture where problems are solved, not pointed at, • Real-world problems — help us solve hard problems in real-time coordination of physical robots, • A tiny but efficient team — fast feedback loops, zero bureaucracy, your work matters, • A clear voice in technical and product decisions — no layers between you and the roadmap, • Competitive compensation
