Our teams (from 6 countries) work side by side with communications, CSR, marketing and business departments at Ardian, BNP Paribas, Capgemini, Carrefour, Clarins, Edenred, FDJ United, LVMH, Printemps, Salesforce, Thales, TotalEnergies, Valeo and many other customers. JOB SPECIFICATION We are seeking an experienced Editorial project manager to lead the production of a high-impact deliverable in both French and English, within a complex and highly technical environment. Mission & responsibilities: • Oversee the full editorial workflow from content planning (table of contents / “chemin de fer”) to final delivery., • Source, coordinate, and consolidate contributions from multiple stakeholders worldwide., • Draft, edit, and proofread content in French and English, ensuring clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy., • Manage revision cycles, track changes, and oversee validation processes with numerous contributors., • Ensure timelines and quality standards are respected in a complex, multi-stakeholder setting. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES • 5 to 7+ years of experience in editorial project management, ideally in the tech or B2B sector., • Strong background in content strategy, writing, and editing (FR & EN)., • Demonstrated ability to handle complex international projects with diverse contributors., • Comfortable with subjects such as AI, cybersecurity, data, and emerging technologies., • Bilingual (French/English) with excellent oral and written communication skills., • Highly organized, rigorous, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. START DATE • Mission from October 2025 through mid-April 2026., • October-December: 2 to 3 days per week, remote., • January-early April: full time, on site in Paris.
