Transatel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the fast-paced world of connectivity solutions. As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base across all our businesses, forging strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Transatel's business objectives and growth plans., • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team of 15 people, to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences., • Customer Engagement: Identify and nurture relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions., • Market Analysis: Stay updated on IoT and MVNO industry trends and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to drive informed decisions., • Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand Transatel's reach and market presence., • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets, and optimizing sales processes for efficiency., • Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Profile: • Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, • Proven track record of at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector, • Strong understanding of connectivity solutions, IoT, M2M, and eSIM technologies, • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, • Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and manage a sales team, • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth, • English/french fluent, • Willingness to travel as needed.
