Digital Marketing Manager – iCaur – F/H Company Overview As the third largest Chinese automotive exporter, Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. operates in over 100 countries and has sold more than 17 million vehicles. In 2024, the group reached 2.6 million units, including 1.14 million exports. In this context, iCaur, Chery’s premium off-road brand founded in 2023, stands out for its modern design and innovative technologies. From 2026, the brand will launch its models in Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, with the ambition to become a reference in the premium off-road segment. To support this growth, iCaur is building a strong operational structure in France and is recruiting talented professionals to join the adventure. Location: Courbevoie, France Responsibilities / Missions As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be part of the marketing team and ensure the operational implementation of iCaur’s digital marketing strategy: • Digital Strategy: Implement marketing plans across all channels (owned, paid, and earned) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and business performance., • Content & Brand Ecosystem: Oversee the creation and distribution of digital content (website, social media, campaigns, CRM) while ensuring consistency with the brand identity; coordinate agencies and external partners., • Performance & Acquisition: Manage paid campaigns, monitor KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROI), and propose continuous optimizations., • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Brand, Communication, Media, Sales, and After-Sales teams to ensure smooth project execution., • Monitoring & Innovation: Keep up with digital trends and identify opportunities for brand innovation. Profile / Requirements • Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication., • Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing, ideally in the automotive, premium, or luxury sectors., • Languages: Fluent in French and English., • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of digital strategies, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, paid campaigns, and performance tracking (KPIs, ROI, reporting)., • Personal Qualities: Self-starter, autonomous, able to manage multiple priorities, creative, results-oriented, and collaborative.
