An interest in books and antiques would be an advantage too. The role is for around 30 hours per week with a maximum of five days per week. The role will not usually include weekends but may do from time to time so flexibility is required. Full training is given for the right person and attitude is more important than experience for this role however some experience of ideally speciality food and drink service is required.
