Read This Before Applying This is a sweat-equity founding clinician role. It is not a salaried position, a sessional contract, a fee-for-service arrangement, or an NHS-equivalent role. The compensation structure is fixed and is not negotiated at offer stage. If the structure on this page does not work for you, please do not apply. What the role pays • Equity: Single-digit equity stake (5–9%) in ELEVETION HEALTH LIMITED (UK), structured as a separate share class, vesting over three years. Higher allocations are not on the table at application stage. The specific percentage within this range depends on role scope and is set at offer stage; the structure itself is not., • Cash: There is no monthly stipend at this stage. Modest milestone-triggered cash compensation may activate as the business reaches defined revenue thresholds. Nothing is guaranteed., • Benefits: None. No pension. No private healthcare. No expense allowance. No paid leave. You maintain your own indemnity, pension and healthcare through your other income streams. Every current ELEVÉTION director, including the founder, operates on the same basis and draws no salary. What this role is not, • Not a salaried position., • Not a sessional or hourly fee-for-service contract., • Not market-rate or NHS-equivalent pay., • Not a vehicle for funding your existing clinic's operating costs through equity exchange. If your monthly cost base for premises, CQC compliance, staff and indemnity is currently underwritten by another business or income stream and would need to be covered by ELEVÉTION going forward, this role is not the right structural fit. The equity allocation is not engineered to subsidise external operating cost bases., • Not negotiable at offer stage. Time commitment, scope clarifications, governance reporting cadence and operational mechanics may be refined within the published framework. The equity range, the no-stipend structure and the benefits posture are not.Time commitment 8–10 hours per week on average, deployed flexibly across the month. CQC inspections, regulatory liaison and clinical governance meetings sit around this baseline. Material expansions beyond this commitment are agreed in writing with corresponding additional consideration. Founder-stage risk profile ELEVÉTION operates an established US business. The UK launch is an extension of that business, not a pre-funded startup. There is no VC or private equity backing. The equity allocation reflects partnership in that build, not compensation for time invested. If you require near-term cash certainty, this role is not for you. If you want long-term ownership in a UK precision longevity platform attached to a working US operation, continue reading. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Founding Clinician Partner at ELEVÉTION HEALTH. The initial phase involves active patient consultations alongside clinical oversight and governance, with the role expanding into infrastructure and platform development as the business scales. You will deliver virtual consultations, evaluate and assess adult patients, order and interpret laboratory tests, prescribe treatment plans aligned to Company programmes, and offer medical guidance while supporting the wider clinical team. You will collaborate with clinical staff, specialists and wellness coaches to optimise client outcomes across health, performance and longevity. As a Founding Clinician Partner you will have meaningful input into clinical pathway design, SOP development and the Company's expansion into new service lines. Clinical Practice Scope — ELEVÉTION's Multi-System Approach ELEVÉTION HEALTH does not practise single-system reductive medicine. The clinician we are looking for is willing to practise across the full multi-system substrate of health, with both an existing knowledge base and an explicit commitment to continually grow expertise across: • Genomics and pharmacogenomics — using genetic data to inform individualised risk stratification, drug selection and dosing strategies, • Epigenetics and biological age — interpreting epigenetic clocks and methylation data to guide intervention, • Cellular and mitochondrial health — applying mitochondrial substrate testing, NAD+ pathways, and cellular energetics to clinical decision-making, • Microbiology and microbiome science — incorporating gut and oral microbiome data into protocol design, • Functional medicine — root-cause analysis, systems biology, and pattern recognition across complex multi-omic data sets, • Nutrition as medicine — using diet as a primary therapeutic lever, including time-restricted eating, ketogenic and metabolic approaches, micronutrient repletion, and personalised nutritional strategy, • Custom supplementation — designing individualised supplement protocols informed by lab data, genomics and functional testing, • Hormone optimisation for men and women — full-spectrum hormone management including TRT, peri- and postmenopausal hormone therapy, thyroid optimisation, adrenal and HPA-axis modulation, and peptide-based hormone signalling, • Peptide therapeutics — comfort with and openness to prescribing peptides beyond GLP-1 medications, including peptides used in metabolic, recovery, regenerative, immune and longevity-focused applications, subject to UK regulatory frameworks and the clinical judgment to distinguish credible evidence from hype, • Performance medicine with a forward-thinking mindset — integrating exercise physiology, recovery science, sleep architecture, metabolic flexibility, and emerging performance protocols. We are looking for clinicians who see performance medicine as a frontier discipline, not a checklist, and who are excited to push what is possible in healthspan and biological optimisation, • Anti-ageing and longevity medicine — applying senolytic, mTOR-modulating, autophagy-enhancing and epigenetic-reprogramming approaches where evidence supports them The successful candidate does not need to be expert in all of these areas on day one. They do need to be expert in several, fluent across the rest, and explicitly committed to growing their knowledge base across the full set as the platform scales. This is intellectually demanding medicine. We are looking for clinicians who find that energising rather than exhausting.
