Cleaner for construction site offices - S M Facilities Management Ltd

Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitise all site offices, canteen, drying room, toilets, and kitchen areas. Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or malfunctions. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any cleaning needs or concerns. Drive to one site, starting ASAP with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, totalling 8 hours per day.
Pay Rate: £12.21 PAYE, paid directly into your bank account every Friday for the previous week's hours. The position is available until March 2026.
Skills Required:
- A CSCS card is preferable.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent customer service skills to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Driving skills with a valid driving license are essential.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
