Are you an experienced Customer Service professional with a strong background in order processing and administration? \n Do you thrive in a fast-paced office environment where organisation, communication, and attention to detail are key? \n Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a global engineering and manufacturing company in their search for a Customer Service Executive, based in Chippenham. \n This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading organisation with an international presence, renowned for delivering high-quality solutions to customers worldwide. \n Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently while providing exceptional customer service throughout the order lifecycle. \n DAY TO DAY \n\n • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through to completion.\n, • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email.\n, • Providing customers with updates regarding new and repeat orders, lead times, and deliveries.\n, • Liaising with internal departments including design, production, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth order fulfilment.\n, • Managing customer records and maintaining accurate information within internal systems.\n, • Raising order for new parts and update product list.\n, • Resolving customer queries and investigating any order-related issues.\n, • Monitoring order progress and proactively communicating updates to customers.\n, • Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required.\n\n WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE \n\n • Previous customer service experience within an office-based environment.\n, • Proven experience in order processing, sales administration, or customer order management.\n, • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.\n, • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.\n, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n, • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.\n, • A proactive individual, with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.\n, • Experience within an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment would be advantageous but is not essential.\n\n AND FOR YOU \n\n • Opportunity to join a global engineering and manufacturing business with an excellent reputation.\n, • Monday to Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm and an early finish every Friday at 2:00pm.\n, • Free onsite parking.\n, • Supportive and collaborative team environment.\n, • Long-term career opportunities within a growing international organisation.\n, • Comprehensive training and ongoing development opportunities.\n\n If you're ready to join a business where your customer service expertise and organisational skills will make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you. \n Apply today with Juice Recruitment to find out more. \n INDO
