Private Client Paralegal / Compliance Assistant Location: Wiltshire (office-based with some flexibility) Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 (DOE) TSR Legal are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm to recruit a Private Client Paralegal / Compliance Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal seeking a long-term, career-focused role within a supportive and reputable Private Client team. The Role You will play a key role supporting the Private Client department, combining fee-earning support with compliance-related responsibilities. This is a varied position offering exposure to a broad range of work, including: • Assisting with a caseload of Private Client matters including wills, probate, and estate administration, • Drafting legal documents and correspondence, • Supporting fee earners with file management and client liaison, • Assisting with compliance processes, file reviews, and regulatory procedures We are keen to speak with candidates who: • Have previous experience as a Paralegal within Private Client, • Are looking for a long-term paralegal career path (rather than a training contract route), • Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, • Are confident working both independently and as part of a team A respected, multi-office law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining long-standing client relationships.
