Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Create a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall store appearance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for store staff
Experience: - Previous experience in retail management is required
- Proven ability to effectively manage a team and drive sales performance
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong time management and organizational skills
