Description About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Product Transformation Manager to spearhead the commercial transformation of our Item Publishing process. This role is pivotal in maximizing the return on investment (ROI) and adoption of our core NEOS platform. You will be responsible for commercially prioritising the NEOS roadmap translating the complex requirements of our internal Product Teams and external Total Platform Clients into actionable plans. A key focus will be defining monitoring and reporting on the commercial benefits and ROI delivered by new feature rollouts revolutionising our publishing reporting with commercial trading stats. A critical component of this role is to champion and drive the strategic expansion of AI and automation across the item publishing workflow. This includes advancing our use of AI in attribution product copy creation 360 imagery and the automated creation of detailed shots. You will have direct line management responsibility for a specialist focused on this AI transformation. Finally you will be accountable for large-scale user enablement partnering with our L&D department to provide training and documentation for approximately 500 Product Team members and Total Platform Clients. You will also act as the deputy for the Product Content and Transformation Business Manager. You are skilled in assessing sales performance and onsite metrics to produce high-impact analysis and reporting., • An Expert Stakeholder Manager: You possess strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings and collaborate cross-functionally with Product eCommerce and development teams., • A Technical & Process-Oriented Innovator: You have a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms URL taxonomy and product attribute systems.
