I'm currently looking for a Shift Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join a highly skilled engineering team on a long-term, secure contract within a major manufacturing environment. The role will initially be a 12 month fixed term contract with a strong possibility of extension / permanent employment upon completion. The Role\n You'll be working on a 4 on / 6 off shift pattern (days / nights) - 12-hour shifts (Banked Hours System) \n As part of the on-site maintenance team, you will be responsible for: \n\n • Responding to breakdowns and minimising downtime\n, • Delivering planned and preventive maintenance activities\n, • Supporting installation and upgrade projects\n, • Carrying out continuous improvement work on crane systems\n, • Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard\n\n This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where strong communication and teamwork are essential.
