We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Thames Water Framework team based in Maple Lodge STW, Rickmansworth. Location: Maple Lodge STW, Rickmansworth – remote working available, with travel to the office/site required at least 3 days a week. Your day to day will include: • Supporting cost control and financial reporting, including preparing cost reports, measuring works, and assisting with monthly valuations, • Managing subcontract activities from enquiry through to payment, maintaining accurate records and supporting tender analysis, • Assisting with change management by identifying, recording and valuing variations with supporting documentation, • Contributing to commercial reporting and maintaining clear, organised records in line with governance requirements, • Collaborating with engineering, operations and planning teams to ensure accurate information gathering and successful package delivery What are we looking for?
