Role Overview thirdflow is looking for a Partnerships Manager to drive new business and build strategic partnerships that fuel the next stage of our growth. You will own the commercial relationship lifecycle - from identifying and qualifying prospects through to closing and expanding accounts. This is a founding commercial hire with a direct line to the founders and a clear path to commercial leadership as the agency scales. Our media-first approach has helped scale some of Europe's largest B2B brands - from launching ABM pilots for the world's largest insurance broker to building communities of 13,000+ attendees across multiple conferences. We work at the intersection of strategy, content, and distribution, with a focus on what actually converts. The founding team brings deep experience in scaling B2B media and services businesses, and we are building thirdflow to be the agency that ambitious B2B companies turn to when they want marketing that drives pipeline, not vanity metrics. Key Responsibilities • New Business & Pipeline Ownership, • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through pitch, close, and onboarding, • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities across target verticals, • Develop outbound strategies that open doors with senior marketing and commercial leaders at B2B companies Strategic Partnerships • Identify and develop partnerships with complementary platforms, technology providers, and industry communities, • Structure partnership and referral arrangements that generate mutual value, • Represent thirdflow at industry events, conferences, and in partner ecosystems Commercial Strategy • Refine service packaging and pricing based on market feedback and competitive positioning, • Feed commercial insights back to the founding team to shape product development and go-to-market strategy, • Contribute to proposals, case studies, and pitch materials that articulate thirdflow's value Required Qualifications • 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships - ideally within a media, marketing, or professional services environment, • Track record of sourcing and closing deals with senior buyers (VP/Director/C-suite), • Strong commercial instincts - you can read a room, shape a proposal on the fly, and know when to push and when to listen, • Comfort operating in an early-stage environment without a rigid playbook or established processes, • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - with the ability to translate complex service offerings into clear value propositions, • Familiarity with B2B marketing, demand generation, or content-led growth is a strong plus KPIs • Success in this role will be measured by:, • New revenue closed, • Pipeline value and conversion rates, • Number of new client engagements and partnerships signed, • Client retention and expansion, • Average deal size growth over time Ideal Candidate Profile You're a builder, not a passenger.
