We are seeking an exceptional General Manager who brings both talent and heart to the role. The Role: As General Manager, you'll be at the forefront of Juno's success, driving operational and commercial excellence, leading a passionate team, and ensuring every guest leaves with a story to tell. Who You'll Be: An accomplished leader with a track record of driving excellence in elevated, food-focused venues, combining operational expertise with a passion for warm, approachable hospitality. Someone with strong business acumen – confident in managing financials, budgets, and targets. Extensive experience managing relationships and operational interfaces within major developments with a strong understanding of how large, multi-stakeholder estates function as well as maintaining relationships with Landlord & local authorities. Asian cuisine knowledge is desirable. Skills and Experience Requirements The Floor Supervisor is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while overseeing the smooth flow of restaurant operations. Their primary duties include serving guests, managing service order, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience. Working closely with the Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM), the Floor Supervisor supports the daily operation of the restaurant by coordinating service, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring all service protocols are consistently followed. The Floor Supervisor also leads and supports the waiters and food runners by providing guidance on service procedures, allocating daily tasks, and overseeing essential operational duties such as cleaning, cutlery polishing, table preparation, and other service maintenance responsibilities. They play a key role in ensuring the team operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and presentation.
